Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for employees on HR-related matters
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle : recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant with UAE labor law
• Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives
• Collaborate with leadership to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
