Innovent is building the people operations function across Dubai, APAC and MENA, with a focus on scaling culture and operations.

You will join a small team focused on the people operations surface of the Innfini platform, delivering across product, customer and consequence. The role involves supporting national-scale operations across regions, with hybrid in-office days on Tue and Thu at your Dubai hub, and asynchronous work for non-critical decisions.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in people/HR business partnership.
• Experience working across multiple countries.
• Strong ability to work across cultures and drive HR initiatives.

The role

You'll join a small team focused on the people operations surface of the Innfini platform. The work is product, customer, and consequence - in equal measure. You'll ship to customers running national-scale operations, sometimes from a war room, sometimes from a chemical plant.
