As the People Partner MEA, reporting to the Senior People Partner aMEA you will play a key role acting as a business partner and a trusted advisor to the MEA leadership team and supporting them in planning, developing and delivering HR programs, policies, activities and global initiatives that enables business strategies and drives performance.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with business leaders to understand and evaluate the business objectives and define proactive human resource strategies to enable successful achievement
- Leading HR programs and action plans related to potential and new business or growth initiatives
- Designing and implementing new/updated people policies and processes
- Effectively developing, and delivering HR processes related to Workforce Planning, Organizational Design & Development. Talent Management, Performance Management and Leadership Development
- Analyzing trends to define action plans related to attraction, retention and development of key talents in line with the global Talent Management framework.
- Providing coaching support to business leaders on people matters.
- Partnering with functional teams to support business operations
- Supporting global or regional projects as required
To be successful you will be a self-starter with strategic thinking skills and a growth mindset to drive business turnaround and transformation, consistently challenging the status quo. You will translate strategies into actions and act as the 'go-to' people leader in the MEA region. You will have:
- Minimum 5 years of generalist HR experience in team environments that values excellence and drives high standards
- Robust knowledge of employment laws, regulations and business practices across MEA
- Demonstrated experience in compensation and benefits, talent management and performance management.
- Experience in organization design and change management would be advantageous.
- An aptitude for business partnering with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Execution oriented with capability in project management, problem-solving, and analysis
- Critical thinking skills balanced with strong emotional intelligence to align and integrate disparate programs, embracing a global approach while taking a practical yet creative approach towards local delivery.
