Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Execution: Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, payroll, performance, offboarding, and documentation.
  • Process Alignment: Harmonize people operations processes across countries in line with global standards.
  • Data & Compliance: Ensure HR data integrity and compliance with reporting and legal requirements.
  • Recruitment: Lead recruitment operations, workforce planning, and proactive talent sourcing.
  • Talent & Branding: Support talent development programs and employer branding initiatives.
  • Analytics: Use HR metrics to improve operations and provide business insights.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with COEs, senior leaders, and vendors for smooth HR delivery.
  • Vendor Oversight: Ensure external partners meet contractual and service quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in HR or related field (HR certification preferred).
  • 15+ years of HR experience; 10+ in leadership roles.
  • Deep understanding of GCC labour laws and regional HR practices.
  • Proven success in a multi-country environment and shared services setup.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (preferably SAP SuccessFactors), MS Office, and recruitment tools.

Mandatory - Must be from manufacturing/Industrial product background.
