Role Overview:

This senior HR leader will drive global people strategies, build scalable HR systems, and foster a future-ready culture to support international growth. The role requires deep expertise in organizational development and talent management, with a proven track record leading HR transformation across diverse, multicultural environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the strategic People lead to develop and implement global people strategies that drive international growth, elevate organizational capability, and shape a future-ready culture.
  • Design a future-ready talent roadmap and establish scalable, compliant HR systems and structures that support global operations and organizational scalability.
  • Leverage people analytics to inform strategic decision-making, track progress against transformation goals, and continuously optimize people programs and processes.
