About the job
As the People Experience Senior Coordinator for our Dubai office, you will be the key ambassador and primary point of contact for elements related to People experience as we aim to fulfill our EVP promise to our consultants. This includes topics around staffing needs, leave coordination, well-being, and overall employee experience.
You will establish regular checkpoints with consultants in the designated practice to discuss their growth aspirations and staffing options while fulfilling various business needs. This also includes tracking their leaves in collaboration with HR/Talent and Staffing, coordinating the reporting and action on the &frankly project feedback, participating in staffing programs, PEX, and firm building initiatives as assigned by the PEX Manager, and supporting the Talent Committee during performance reviews. You will also support the development of leadership insights reports enabling data-driven decisions on people topics.

Key responsibilities

  1. People Care and Engagement focus
    Be the primary liaison between consultants, Staffing, and HR for all issues impacting their experience and engagement. Gain a deeper business understanding of consultants' context within their projects to enable tailored support and faster interventions.
  2. MC coaching
    Support the experience journey (hire to retire). Conduct touchpoints and capture key insights in the database, gather context, and advise on specific staffing considerations.
  3. Manage the MC leave
    Annual leave, LOA, leave + float days. Report findings to Staffing department for staffing needs and to HR/Talent for sickness, well-being, and long-term career perspective, required actions. Provide updates/coordinate with Project/Practice leadership on specific cases.
  4. Work closely with HR & Staffing
    Ensure full alignment on the development needs of consultants, rotations, etc. Record, validate, and confirm veto requests. Identify rotation cases and highlight them to staffing.
  5. Address Wellbeing and Mental Health
    Leverage available resources and offerings to support.
  6. Leverage feedback channels
    Drive engagement.
  7. Coordinate initiatives
    Through firm building streams.
  8. Project support
    Ensure visibility of feedback received from projects and the Practice (&frankly, GES), consolidate and debrief with leadership, recommend interventions in alignment with PEX Manager.
  9. Input to PEX / Staffing/ HR/ Talent / DEI
    On &frankly feedback with proposed actions.
  10. Ensure that specific needs identified
    Are implemented in a timely manner.
  11. Support the preparation
    Of the talent reviews twice a year with project insights.
  12. Discuss with HR/Talent and Staffing team
    Consultant-related topics and inform any performance difficulties or personal needs to ensure team alignment.
  13. Engagement
    Collaborate with Project and Practice Ambassadors to share data, escalate where needed, and provide support.
  14. Offer best practices
    And tools for resolution.
  15. Track and follow up
    On practice-driven initiatives (GES, &frankly).
  16. &frankly Coordination
    Drive the effective utilization of &frankly survey, report and analyze results to discuss with the PLs (for designated practice), HR, and Staffing, highlighting project tensions and consultants' well-being on projects.
  17. Follow escalation path
    And report insights and outcomes to leadership. Provide consolidated data points to the PEX/Talent/HR/Staffing Leadership and Project/Practice leadership.
  18. Propose team interventions
    When needed.
  19. Maintain a regular case management log
    To track challenges, interventions, and outcomes.
  20. Leave Management
    Monitor both offline & online leave processes/enquiries. Provide relevant information to Staffing, HR & other stakeholders to ensure proper alignment.
  21. Onboarding and Offboarding
    Conduct PEX onboarding training sessions for new joiners and necessary support. Conduct exit interviews and report key insights.
  22. Performance reviews support
    Participate in performance reviews with the Talent Committee and provide insights and context to specific cases identified, e.g., performance roll-offs, well-being issues, challenging project context. Actively engage with the Global staffing team and Global People Care team.

We want to hear from you if you:

  1. Hold a Bachelor’s degree or MBA in HR, Business Administration, or finance is preferred.
  2. Have 3+ years of relevant work experience in a multinational environment dealing with people, employees, or business stakeholders.
  3. Possess a mix of business sense, HR, and consulting industry understanding.
  4. Have experience with engagement, coaching, and people care combined with an analytical mindset.
  5. Have the ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders and to operate in a high-pressure environment while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  6. Have proficiency in MS Office package; Excel is a must, PowerPoint presentation skills.
  7. Are fluent in English (written and spoken).
