Your Mission

Empower smooth transitions and build exceptional employee journeys. As our People Experience Specialist, you'll oversee the entire employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—ensuring a welcoming, supported, and inspiring environment for our global team.

What You'll Be Owning
  1. Seamless Transitions: Design and deliver onboarding and offboarding experiences, ensure compliance, documentation, and local registrations are in place, and connect employees to community resources.
  2. Global Mobility & Legalization: Support relocation processes, liaise with agencies, manage budgets, and track relocation activities.
  3. Everyday People Support: Manage employee documentation requests and maintain welcoming office hubs.
  4. Team Culture & Engagement: Organize team events, source venues, troubleshoot logistics, and act as a Culture Ambassador to embody company values.

Note: This role is based in Barcelona, Spain.
