About the Role

As the People Director at SUMWON STUDIOS, you will lead the strategic and operational management of our human resources function. The role focuses on shaping our company culture, enhancing employee experience, and aligning HR practices with business objectives. You’ll drive talent development, oversee performance management, implement change initiatives, and ensure compliance across the organization. We're looking for a forward-thinking leader with a strong sense of purpose and a passion for cultivating an inclusive workplace with a people centric approach.

What you'll do

• Develop, implement, and maintain HR strategies and policies aligned with company objectives.
• Ensure that the company remains in compliance with laws and regulations
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align talent strategy with business goals.
• Lead performance management, organizational development, and change management initiatives.
• Foster a culture of creativity, growth, and collaboration.
• Manage and mentor the HR team to deliver excellence across recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decision-making.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years HR experience, including team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE labour laws
• Proven experience across recruitment, business management, leadership, and performance management
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator.
• A passion for fashion is a plus!
