Job summary

Middlesex University Dubai seeks a driven People & Culture associate to mobilise core Human Capital strategy across functions and brands in the UAE. You will support onboarding coordination, people data management, documentation and policy administration as well as engagement initiatives in line with AMR standards.

You will collaborate with P&C, Shared Services, COEs and L&D to ensure governance, compliance and timely delivery of projects.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or recent graduate in Psychology or Human Resources.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and structuring of People Journey policies and frameworks.
• Coordinate with P&C, Shared Services, COEs and L&D to gather inputs.
• Maintain central policy repository and version control.
• Assist in engagement survey action planning and leadership reporting.
• Prepare dashboards and summaries for leadership visibility.
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and timely updates across systems.
