Job Description

Provide support and clerical expertise to the Human Resources Department and respond to inquiries in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to achieve maximum employee satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons policies.

Perform administrative duties such as filing, copying, scanning, and answering telephones according to Four Seasons standards.

Assist with the recruitment process, including responding to applications and resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and onboarding employees.

Maintain and update bulletin boards in service areas for sharing company information with all staff.

Complete all payroll records for payroll processing.

Assist with planning and execution of all employee relations events.

What you bring
  • Must have completed hospitality education at a reputed institute. Previous internship or full-time experience in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
  • Possesses an outgoing personality, finesse, and personal flair. Creativity, good organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Fluency in oral and written English is required. Must be computer literate with hands-on knowledge of MS Office.
  • Comfortable dealing with people and takes pride in serving diverse internal guests.
  • Must have a future career interest in Human Resources and be willing to handle multiple demands of the job with ease.
