A leading hotel in Dubai seeks an HR Assistant to support the Human Resources Department. The role involves administrative duties, recruitment assistance, and employee relations events planning. Ideal candidates will have hospitality education, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for HR.
Provide support and clerical expertise to the Human Resources Department and respond to inquiries in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to achieve maximum employee satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons policies.
Perform administrative duties such as filing, copying, scanning, and answering telephones according to Four Seasons standards.
Assist with the recruitment process, including responding to applications and resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and onboarding employees.
Maintain and update bulletin boards in service areas for sharing company information with all staff.
Complete all payroll records for payroll processing.
Assist with planning and execution of all employee relations events.
