Job Description
What we expect from you:
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of data across multiple HRIS platforms to ensure all team member records are kept up to date.
- Assist in performance management and career development processes by consolidating qualitative and quantitative inputs for smooth execution.
- Support the implementation of new systems or enhancements to existing platforms.
- Handle large volumes of people data manually with a focus on accuracy and structure, transforming data into actionable insights.
- Coordinate and deliver timely and precise reports, dashboards, and analyses for stakeholders.
- Own and execute key employee services processes such as performance management cycles, compensation, benefits, and employee lifecycle operations.
- Support office policies to foster a positive and engaging workplace for office-based teams.
- Contribute to improving internal processes in a fast-paced, scale-up environment through data-driven insights.
- Operate independently with high accountability and precision in every task.
- Build and maintain workflows to manage people data, automate manual tasks, and improve reporting quality.
What we are looking for:
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in People & Culture or People Operations in a tech startup, scale-up, or fast-paced environment.
- Strong experience working with HRIS platforms and managing people data.
- Experience with manual data handling and reporting.
- Familiarity with employee services across the full employee lifecycle, including performance management and compensation & benefits.
- Basic understanding of UAE labor law; practical experience in the DMCC zone is a plus.
- Full proficiency in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
- Growth mindset and proactive attitude in a fast-growing organization.
- Exceptional attention to detail and obsession with data accuracy.
- Strong coordination skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently without direct reports.
- Experience in building and maintaining operational trackers or reporting templates from scratch.
