Take on a key role as a People and Operations Executive in the People and Culture department and be part of our ongoing growth and success. This hands-on role involves managing core people operations, handling large volumes of data, ensuring accuracy, and executing employee services flawlessly.

What we expect from you:
  • Maintain data accuracy across HRIS platforms.
  • Assist in performance management and career development processes.
  • Support new system implementations and platform enhancements.
  • Handle large volumes of people data with a focus on accuracy and insights.
  • Provide timely reports and analyses for stakeholders.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes such as performance reviews, compensation, and benefits.
  • Support office policies to foster a positive workplace environment.
  • Contribute to process improvements through data insights.
  • Operate independently with high accountability.
  • Build workflows to manage data, automate tasks, and improve reports.
What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in People & Culture or People Operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms and data management.
  • Manual data handling and reporting experience.
  • Knowledge of employee lifecycle processes.
  • Understanding of UAE labor law, especially DMCC zone experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic skills are advantageous.
  • Growth mindset and proactive attitude.
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Strong coordination skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Experience building operational trackers and reports from scratch.
