A leading hotel group in Dubai is seeking a People and Culture Coordinator to provide administrative support for colleague initiatives. This role involves managing colleague engagement activities, coordinating events, and handling communications within the People and Culture department. Candidates should possess a degree in Hospitality, relevant internship experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva.
Based at the Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai within the People and Culture Department in Dubai, the People and Culture Coordinator is responsible for providing key administrative support to the P&C team, coordination of all Colleague related initiatives, projects and driving the coordination for all CXP related events and follow ups . The People and Culture reports to the Assistant Director of People and Culture.
