Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Manage high-impact, cross-functional P&C initiatives aligned with Justlife's business priorities to deliver measurable impact.
- Design, execute, and continuously improve the company-wide performance management process using KPI and OKR frameworks, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Deploy data-driven career development programs to enhance internal mobility and long-term succession planning.
- Conduct predictive analyses to develop talent retention and engagement strategies, mitigating key turnover risks.
- Build workforce planning models that align headcount with growth objectives and operational efficiency.
- Lead annual salary reviews and optimize total rewards through market benchmarking and predictive modeling.
- Provide strategic compensation insights to ensure pay equity, market competitiveness, and compliance.
- Deliver actionable insights on organizational development using workforce analytics and organizational health metrics.
- Lead employee engagement surveys and leverage data analytics tools to present actionable insights.
- Develop metrics-driven approaches to measure manager empowerment and leadership effectiveness.
- Build and execute Justlife's internal training program (Justrainer) incorporating feedback loops and effectiveness tracking.
- Integrate and track metrics through Justlife's holistic wellbeing program to enhance employee wellbeing.
- Develop advanced analytics dashboards to track and forecast workforce performance, engagement, and turnover.
- Create real-time reporting tools for monitoring P&C KPIs and iterating continuously to drive improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data-driven P&C roles, preferably in high-growth or tech environments.
- Expertise in workforce analytics, compensation benchmarking, KPI/OKR frameworks, and HR tech implementation.
- Proven ability to design and implement P&C programs grounded in advanced analytics and business intelligence.
- Strong experience in performance management systems with measurable results.
- Experience managing HR operations without an HRIS, using tools like Google Workspace or similar.
- Exceptional project management skills to oversee multiple programs simultaneously.
- Ability to enhance employee engagement through analytics and innovative practices.
- Adaptability to emerging HR technologies, including AI-powered HR analytics tools.
