Pega Lead Business Architect:

Strong functional knowledge and experience in the banking domain.

Minimum 10+ years of experience and certified Pega Business Analyst.

Responsibilities:

  1. Requirement Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their objectives, processes, and requirements for Pega-based applications.
  2. Communication: Apply Pega Express best practices, such as Directly Capture Objectives (DCO), to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  3. Analysis and Documentation: Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, document functional requirements, and create clear specifications for Pega application development.
  4. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and QA to ensure successful Pega solution implementation.
  5. Pega Solution Design: Participate in designing Pega applications, ensuring adherence to best practices, guardrails, scalability, and sustainability.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Pega technology advancements and industry best practices; recommend process improvements to enhance application efficiency.
