Job summary

Allocation Assist Middle East seeks a Consultant Pediatric Plastic Surgeon - Reconstruction in Abu Dhabi to lead complex pediatric reconstructions. The ideal candidate holds MBBS or equivalent with Board Certification or Fellowship in Plastic Surgery and 5–7 years post-board consultant experience in pediatric settings, with DOH Abu Dhabi

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent medical qualification recognized by DOH Abu Dhabi.
• Board Certification or Fellowship in Plastic Surgery required.
• 5–7 years post-board consultant experience in pediatric plastic/reconstructive surgery.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose congenital, developmental, traumatic, and acquired pediatric conditions requiring plastic/reconstructive surgery.
• Perform cleft lip and palate repairs tailored to child's anatomy and growth.
• Lead multidisciplinary planning for complex pediatric cases with craniofacial focus.
• Execute pediatric hand surgery and burns reconstruction with staged approaches.
• Contribute to quality improvement, clinical audits, and teaching activities.
