Allocation Assist Middle East is looking for an experienced Pediatric Ophthalmologist Specialist in Dubai to provide high-quality child-focused vision care. The role involves diagnosing and treating pediatric eye conditions and performing surgeries in a modern clinical setting.

The ideal candidate will have a medical degree in Ophthalmology, preferably with fellowship training in Pediatric Ophthalmology and a minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience. A competitive salary and benefits package are offered to the right candidate.

Pediatric Ophthalmologist Specialist – Child Vision Care

Location: Dubai, UAE

Industry: Hospital and Health Care

Position: Full‑time Pediatric Ophthalmologist

Salary: 40,000 – 60,000 AED per month (subject to final offer)

We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Ophthalmologist to diagnose and treat pediatric eye conditions, perform surgeries and laser procedures, and deliver high‑quality child‑focused vision care in a modern clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat pediatric eye conditions including strabismus, amblyopia, congenital cataracts, and refractive errors
• Perform pediatric ophthalmic surgeries and laser procedures when required
• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations for infants, children, and adolescents
• Develop personalized treatment plans and monitor patient progress
• Collaborate with orthoptists, pediatricians, and other specialists for integrated care
• Educate families on treatment plans, prevention strategies, and visual development
• Participate in clinical audits, CME programs, and quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with healthcare standards

Ideal Profile

• Medical degree with specialization in Ophthalmology
• Fellowship training in Pediatric Ophthalmology preferred
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pediatric eye care
