Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Experience with pediatric populations is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive functional and occupational therapy assessments for children.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's developmental and functional needs.
• Provide individual and group occupational therapy sessions.
• Support children with autism, developmental delays, ADHD, and sensory processing challenges.
• Address fine motor and gross motor development.
• Provide sensory integration interventions where appropriate.
• Support development of Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and functional independence.
• Monitor children's progress and modify treatment plans as required.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and therapy records.
• Communicate with parents and caregivers regarding progress and goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, psychologists, speech therapists, and physiotherapists.
• Educate parents and caregivers on home-based therapeutic activities.
