Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide assessment and therapy services to children with developmental and neurodevelopmental needs.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with children and be capable of developing individualized treatment plans focused on functional independence, sensory integration, motor development, and daily living skills.

Fluent Arabic is mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate parents and caregivers on appropriate therapeutic activities and strategies that can be continued at home.
• Maintain professional standards, patient confidentiality, and applicable clinical requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children.
• Pediatric Occupational Therapy experience is highly preferred.
• Experience supporting children with developmental and neurodevelopmental conditions.
• Strong knowledge of pediatric occupational therapy principles and interventions.
• Experience with fine/gross motor skills, sensory integration, ADLs, and functional independence.
• Fluent Arabic is mandatory.
• DOH License or DOH Eligibility is preferred / required according to the employer's licensing requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong clinical documentation and assessment skills.
