Allocation Assist Middle East seeks a Consultant Pediatric Anesthesiologist in Dubai to deliver advanced anesthesia care for neonates and children. This role involves managing complex surgical cases in a state-of-the-art hospital environment, focusing on patient safety and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of post-fellowship experience in pediatric anesthesia.
• DHA license or eligibility to practice in Dubai.
• Strong communication and crisis management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure clinical environments.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective anesthesia care for neonates, infants, children, and adolescents undergoing procedures.
• Develop individualized anesthetic plans based on patient condition and surgical requirements.
• Monitor patients throughout perioperative stages including induction, maintenance, and recovery.
• Participate in pediatric emergency response and critical care teams.
• Supervise and mentor junior anesthetists, residents, and fellows.
• Contribute to teaching programs and clinical education.
