Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in PE extrusion coating.
• Strong knowledge of PE extrusion coating processes.
• Understanding of temperature profiles.
• GSM control and adhesion parameters.
• Ability to troubleshoot common extrusion defects.
• Basic understanding of quality standards and production documentation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Experience in packaging paper cup flexible packaging or folding carton industries preferred.
• ITI Diploma in Mechanical Plastic Technology or related field preferred.
