Job summary

NBM PACK in Dubai seeks an Operator to run EPE foam expansion machines, controlling temperature, pressure and expansion ratios to ensure consistent product quality. You will set up and calibrate equipment according to production schedules and foam density requirements.

You'll perform quality control on finished foam products, manage raw materials loading and inventory, and follow machine manuals with basic troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience operating manufacturing machinery, preferably in plastics or foam production, is a strong asset.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and follow technical instructions and machine operating manuals.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and performing minor machine adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor EPE foam expansion machines ensuring precise control over temperature, pressure and expansion ratios for consistent product quality.
• Perform routine machine setup calibration and adjustments based on production schedules and specific foam density requirements.
• Conduct quality control checks on manufactured EPE foam products identifying and rectifying any defects or deviations from specifications.
• Safely load raw materials (e.g., beads, blowing agents) into the machinery and manage inventory levels to prevent production disruptions.
