Job summary

Eaton in Dubai is seeking a Trainer Production – PCBA to design, develop, and deliver practical training on PCBA processes, equipment, and quality standards. You will ensure operators and technicians are skilled and compliant, developing clear training materials and certification modules for SMT and THT processes.

The role involves hands-on training, onboarding, ESD training, maintaining certification records, and continuous improvement of training content aligned with EC, MCO changes, and NPI

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of PCBA manufacturing training experience.
• IPC-CIT certification is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with IPC-A-610 standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update training materials for SMT and THT processes.
• Deliver hands-on training for SMT/THT equipment and processes.
• Conduct onboarding and refresher ESD training.
• Ensure operators are trained and certified before operating.
• Maintain operator skill matrix and readiness for production.
• Conduct competency audits and provide coaching.
• Integrate ECO/MCO changes into training materials.
• Support NPI and prototype builds with training readiness.
• Prepare records and trackers for training activities.
• Create visual aids and videos to support learning.
• Coach operators on board handling and soldering quality.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Shift Leaders.
• Champion safety and IPC workmanship, including EATON MESH requirements.
• Improve training system using defect trends and Kaizen.
