Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years in a PCB Assembly manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of PCB Assembly processes, planning, and shop-floor operations.
• Experience leading production teams and achieving quality and productivity targets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise PCB Assembly production activities to meet quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
• Plan, allocate, and monitor work orders aligning with production schedules and capacity.
• Lead and develop production teams through coaching and training.
• Ensure IPC standards and Class 3 requirements are met per customer specs.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives across the facility.
• Monitor WIP and resolve production issues to maintain efficiency.
• Coordinate with maintenance for equipment readiness and escalate as needed.
• Promote a safe working environment and enforce 5S and HSE standards.
