We are seeking a Production Supervisor (PCBA) to lead PCB Assembly manufacturing operations, ensuring products are delivered on time, to the required quality standards, and in a safe, cost-effective manner. The role is responsible for supervising production teams, driving continuous improvement, maintaining IPC compliance, and supporting day-to-day operational excellence within the PCB facility.
