We are seeking a Payroll Specialist for accurately processing employee payroll ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements and addressing payroll-related inquiries from employees and management This role requires strong attention to detail confidentiality and proficiency with payroll software and related systems This role also involves addressing payroll-related queries from employees and management and supporting payroll reporting and reconciliations Proficiency in payroll software ERP systems and a solid understanding of payroll operations are essential to succeed in this position

Key Responsibilities

• Process timely and accurate payroll for all employees in compliance with company policies and statutory regulations
• Maintain payroll records, timesheets, and other relevant documentation
• Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies
• Respond to payroll-related queries and issues from employees and management promptly
• Coordinate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate employee data and benefits information
• Prepare payroll reconciliations, WPS & bank files
• Manage payroll system updates and improvements, including integration with ERP or accounting software
• Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll data and records
• Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, labour laws, and compliance requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
