  • Accurately process and calculate employee wages, salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations and tax laws.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records and data.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports and statements to relevant departments.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues or errors.
  • Assist in the preparation of payroll-related financial reports and audits.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll information and records.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing and administration.
