A leading company is seeking a Payroll Processor responsible for accurate payroll management and compliance. This role requires overseeing payroll processing, managing employee compensation, and enhancing payroll systems. Ideal candidates have at least four years of experience and strong knowledge of payroll best practices and HRIS systems.
The role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll data to ensure that all employees receive their salaries on time, in coordination with the Finance Division. This includes calculating wages, deductions, bonuses, and other forms of compensation, as well as maintaining payroll records and generating reports. The position oversees the end-to-end payroll processing for the organization, which involves managing payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, addressing complex payroll inquiries, and leading payroll-related projects. Additionally, this role will support the development and improvement of payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness.
