Job Title: Payroll & HRIS Specialist

Job Details:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role.
  3. At least 2-4 years of experience in HRIS administration or a similar role.
  4. Experience with payroll software and HRIS.
  5. Familiarity with labor legislation and tax regulations.
  6. Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.

Skills:

  1. Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
  2. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  6. Proficient in data analysis and report generation.
