Job Description
The Payroll Officer will be responsible for managing and executing the organization's payroll processes accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Oracle Fusion and a strong understanding of payroll regulations and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage the end-to-end payroll function using Oracle Fusion, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time.
Maintain payroll records and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless payroll-related activities.
Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and queries from employees in a timely and professional manner.
Stay updated with the latest payroll legislation and ensure organizational compliance.
Generate and analyze reports on payroll data to support management decisions.
Assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures.
Train and support team members on Oracle Fusion payroll functionalities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Payroll Officer, with at least 4 years of experience in Oracle Fusion.
In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, labor laws, and regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
