Job summary

HYDE Dubai is seeking a highly organized General Cashier Paymaster in Dubai. You will manage cash transactions, process payroll, and maintain financial records with accuracy while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires 2–3 years in a similar position, proficiency with Oasys, POS systems, and strong MS Office skills. Excellent communication in English is essential, Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oasys System required.
• 2–3 years in a cashier/paymaster role.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
• Knowledge of UAE financial regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash transactions, including receiving payments, issuing receipts and managing petty cash.
• Process payroll for employees ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Maintain detailed financial records and reconcile accounts daily.
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems and cash registers with precision.
• Prepare and submit regular financial reports to management.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities as needed.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and financial matters.
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Implement and maintain cash control procedures to prevent loss and fraud.
