The successful candidate will manage payroll for hotel staff, maintain records, and assist in audits, using hotel systems like Opera and Micros to ensure precise financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3 years in a similar hospitality role.
• Experience with payroll systems and cash handling.
• Familiarity with hotel systems (Opera, Sun System, Micros).

Responsabilités

• Prepare and process monthly payroll for hotel staff.
• Receive, verify, and record daily cash transactions.
• Prepare daily bank deposits and reconcile with reports.
• Maintain payroll and cash records; ensure compliance with policies.
• Assist internal/external audits and maintain documentation.
