In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple domestic and international stakeholders to support our continued growth and expansion. This is a full-time role based in Dubai. Your responsibilities would include : - Managing and improving payroll operations of multiple countries across EMEA, primarily the United Arab Emirates. - Effectively manage payroll vendors by strictly adhering to the contract and SLA. - Develop relationships with local authorities, including Social Security, Tax, etc. - Partner with HR Business Partners and the HR Operations team to optimize processes, improve operation efficiency, upgrade employee experience.

Minimum Qualifications - Hands-on, functional knowledge and a minimum of 3+ years in-house payroll operation experience - Proven experience with French payroll and tax legislation. - Proficient Excel skills and familiarity with functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, etc. is a must. Preferred Qualifications - Strong influence and stakeholder management skills. - Strong vendor management and project management skills. - Payroll experience in other countries within EMEA is a plus.
