A leading company in asset lifecycle intelligence is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee payroll processes in the ME region. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with local laws, manage payroll communications, and collaborate with HR and Finance teams to maintain accurate records. Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage ME payroll for Hexagon's Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division.
  • Ensure timely processing of payroll and compliance with local laws.
  • Audit and verify employee timekeeping and deductions.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance departments for accurate payroll data.
  • Manage relationships with payroll providers across the ME region.
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding payroll communications.
  • Maintain payroll procedures and documentation.
  • Monitor absences and apply relevant compensation adjustments.
  • Implement and respect payroll calendars and deadlines.
Education / Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
  • At least one year of payroll experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel functions.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and payroll practices.
  • Experience with payroll and accounting software.
  • Strong organizational, numerical, and multitasking skills.
  • Fluent English; multilingual skills are a plus.
