Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Payroll Administrator located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for processing payroll, managing garnishments, calculating payroll taxes, and managing employee benefits. Tasks will include ensuring the accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining payroll records, and compliance with federal and state regulations. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with HR and accounting departments to streamline payroll-related activities.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Payroll Administration and managing Garnishments
  • Knowledge of Payroll Taxes and Employee Benefits administration
  • Basic Accounting skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Experience with payroll software and systems (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
