Job description

This role is based in Dubai and plays a vital role within our organisation, responsible for managing and executing payment processes efficiently and accurately. This role involves handling financial transactions, while ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Payment Execution

1. Ensure that all incoming payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner
2. Processing and monitoring deposit failures and resolving any PSP errors maximizing the deposit approval rate
3. Management and escalation of requests and issues related to payments and payment processing systems
4. Liaise with banks and other third-party payment providers in relation to the execution of payments
5. Build and maintain relationships with banks and PSPs
6. Processing payments through online banking systems of banks and PSPs within currency cut-off times while maintaining our strict processing SLA's

Reporting and Documentation

1. Maintain detailed documentation and records of payment transactions for audit purposes
2. Ensuring that suspicious transactions are investigated and correctly escalated

Additional Responsibilities

1. Work closely with other related departments to ensure smooth and effective operation

Requirements

Skills :

1. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Payment analyst within a multinational online trading brokerage
2. Fluent proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English
3. Bachelors Degree in finance or any relevant field is mandatory
4. Should possess good communication skills in English, or any other language is an added advantage
5. Strong interpersonal skills.
6. Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
7. Ability to work under pressure
