• Handle incoming inquiries from clients (via WhatsApp, email, phone, social platforms)
• Provide accurate information about dental treatments, pricing, and processes
• Build relationships with prospective patients by understanding their smile goals and concerns
• Present personalised treatment plans and assist with decision-making
• Collaborate with dental coordinators and medical team for accurate case assessments
• Follow up with leads regularly and manage a structured CRM system
