Job description

Responsibilities:
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential patients.
  2. Follow up on leads promptly to convert inquiries into consultations and bookings.
  3. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell aesthetic services to new patients.
  4. Enhance sales and conversions of services and products.
  5. Greet visitors and patients, determine their needs, check appointments, and direct or escort them to the concerned person, office, or clinic.
  6. Assist new patients in opening a medical file, ensuring all required information is supplied, accurate, and complete.
  7. Ensure patients and attendants are comfortable at all times and their requirements are met according to NMC CosmeSurge rules.
  8. Guide patients opting for treatments on special packages to the designated area or category of rooms as required.
  9. Make, change, or coordinate appointments via email or telephone, and confirm the next day's appointments.
  10. Process patient referrals to specialty providers by preparing medical charts and providing clinical information.
  11. Assist with the conduction and coordination of promotional campaigns.
  12. Educate patients about admission policies and procedures, and assist with the admission process, including obtaining necessary consent forms.
  13. Maintain updated and confidential patient data and records.
  14. Respond to questions and provide non-medical information as per clinic rules; refer medical inquiries to appropriate personnel.
  15. Keep the Branch Manager informed of work-related activities and issues.
  16. Attend departmental meetings and training sessions.
  17. Respond to patient needs, requests, and concerns; investigate and resolve complaints, acting as an intermediary between patients, families, and staff.
  18. Promote effective communication between patients, families, and staff to resolve issues.
  19. Assist in investigating patient needs and recommend improvements in patient-clinic interactions.
  20. Collect data on patient care concerns and suggest enhancements.
  21. Coordinate between patients, doctors, and administration.
  22. Explain available services and their proper use.
  23. Manage front desk correspondence and administrative tasks.
  24. Aim to increase the number of visits to the Centre.
  25. Provide special care for VIP patients and keep the Hospital Manager updated.
  26. Stay informed about accepted insurance cards in the facility.
Qualifications:
  • Any Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar organization.
