Job Purpose
Be the Face of KKI: Transforming Patient Journeys in Rare Diseases!
As the single point of contact for healthcare professionals and stakeholders, you’ll be the face of KKI, orchestrating a seamless, personalized, and high-value customer experience. With your intimate knowledge of the entire patient journey, you’ll focus on shortening the patient journey and improving outcomes in alignment with KKI’s Rare Disease portfolio. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality scientific exchanges, co-create and lead initiatives that align with KKI’s priorities and strategy. Your efforts will optimize the impact of KKI products, ultimately benefiting patients and fulfilling our mission to make people smile.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the single point of contact for HCPs and stakeholders in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
- Implement Cluster & International Strategy and Patient and Customer Plan (PCP) locally.
- Develop business account strategies and territory business plans, aligning with the overall brand plan.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Payer Value & Patient Access.
- Implement omnichannel engagement strategies, leveraging KKI assets and aligning with HCP preferences.
- Manage projects to deliver patient-focused outcomes within budget.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with external stakeholders, including key treatment centers and clinicians.
- Develop networks that reflect the patient journey, partnering with HCPs to benefit customers, patients, and KKI.
- Articulate clinical data and economic value of KKI products to local payers and stakeholders.
- Communicate insights from Key External Experts and stakeholders to shape strategy and support solutions.
- Attend and actively participate in local and international scientific meetings and symposiums.
- Organize and speak at clinical sessions in hospitals to provide scientific updates.
- Plan and deliver medical education programs to improve patient outcomes and optimize Kyowa Kirin products.
- Use the customer record management (CRM) system accurately and submit managerial reports.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, codes, and guidelines in all activities.
- Adhere to Kyowa Kirin Group Code of Conduct and associated policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience in field Medical or Commercial roles within Rare Disease.
- Previous experience in Onco-haematology and/or Nephrology is a bonus.
- Skilled in managing stakeholders and Therapy Area Experts (KEE/TAE).
- Expertise in multichannel management and virtual engagement (email, webinar, Zoom/Teams).
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Knowledge of local, regional, and national health systems and care delivery processes.
