A leading healthcare institution in Dubai is seeking a Patient Experience Team Member. This role involves delivering high-quality service to patients through managing queries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring confidentiality. Candidates must have experience in healthcare environments and possess strong communication skills, contributing to a compassionate and efficient patient journey.
Irwin & Dow is delighted to be recruiting, on behalf of a new client, for a Patient Experience Team Member to join their Dubai-based team. This role is an integral part of the patient journey and offers the opportunity to work within a high-performing, patient-centred environment. As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you will be responsible for delivering a welcoming and professional experience both in person and over the phone. You will ensure all patient queries are handled with care and accuracy, managing appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and billing support. Working within a compassionate and compliance-driven framework, you’ll play a key role in creating a smooth, supportive, and confidential experience for every individual who walks through the clinic’s doors. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, confirming and rescheduling appointments, and ensuring that accurate records are maintained within the EMR system. You’ll also support reception duties, maintaining a professional environment and handling registration processes with efficiency and discretion. A strong focus will be placed on upholding patient confidentiality, adhering to compliance protocols, and working collaboratively with clinicians, support teams, and external stakeholders such as the Dubai Health Authority and insurance providers.
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must have at least two years of experience in a clinic or outpatient environment in a similar front-facing role. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, and fluency in English is required. The ability to speak Arabic would be advantageous. You must be confident using IT systems and booking software, and capable of working flexibly, including evenings and weekends when needed. A warm, professional demeanour, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding patient care are key to succeeding in this role. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about healthcare and service excellence, and who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural team environment. Our client offers a supportive atmosphere, competitive compensation, and the chance to contribute meaningfully to a respected medical institution.
