Job summary

Dubai Health seeks a professional receptionist to warmly greet customers and visitors in a hospital setting, ensuring confidentiality and a positive first impression.

You will handle inquiries by phone, in person, or via email with courteous efficiency, while staying current on hospital systems and locations to resolve questions for both internal and external stakeholders. A Diploma in a relevant discipline is required, UAE Nationals preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in a relevant discipline or equivalent (for UAE Nationals).

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional and courteous reception to customers and visitors.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to customer and visitor inquiries—whether by phone, in person, or via email—courteously and professionally.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hospital systems, regulations, and work locations to effectively address inquiries from both internal and external customers.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using required computer programs and systems to ensure timely processing of customer requests and accurate responses to inquiries.
• Offer immediate assistance and support to people of determination, addressing their needs and requirements with care and sensitivity.
• Maintain a visible presence near customers and take initiative to respond promptly to inquiries, ensuring the delivery of required services.
• Implement customer service policies and guidelines in alignment with the Service Excellence Standards Guide and adhere to the provisions outlined in the Customer Service Charter.
