Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that every patient and visitor receives the highest level of service from their first interaction with our center to their ongoing care experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare and hospitality (luxury hotels, premium service industries, etc.), demonstrating outstanding communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Engagement & Support
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from check-in to post-visit follow-up.
  • Provide personalized assistance, addressing patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to enhance the patient journey, ensuring efficiency and comfort.
  • Guide patients through the registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-up processes with clarity and attentiveness.
  • Customer Service Excellence
  • Deliver a five-star customer service experience, incorporating hospitality best practices into patient interactions.
  • Anticipate patient needs and go above and beyond to enhance their overall experience.
  • Foster a culture of warmth, responsiveness, and attentiveness throughout the clinic.
  • Handle patient feedback, concerns, and complaints with professionalism, ensuring swift resolution and satisfaction.
  • Operational & Administrative Support
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records while ensuring compliance with confidentiality and healthcare regulations.
  • Support front desk operations, including reception duties, appointment confirmations, and patient follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth patient flow and minimize wait times.
  • Assist in developing and implementing initiatives to continuously improve the patient experience.

Understands, follows, and supports all hospital infection control programs.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within healthcare, luxury hospitality (five-star hotels, premium service industries), or customer service.
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with patients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in using healthcare systems, CRM software, or hospitality booking/reservation systems.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A compassionate and service-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for patient care.
