We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Patient Coordinator with previous healthcare sales experience. Your primary goal will be to promote and sell our healthcare programs (i.e., products and services) while ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of our patients and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Healthcare Program Sales:
- Conduct phone calls to prospective patients to explain and sell programs offered by our organization.
- Communicate through online tools (WhatsApp, Meta Channels, Email) to address inquiries from prospective patients.
- Utilize CRM software to manage and stage incoming leads from marketing campaigns effectively.
- Maintain a warm and welcoming attitude to all patients and visitors inquiring about our services via in-person and telecommunication routes.
- Cross-sell products to existing patients in line with related service offerings.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
Patient Coordination:
- Use EMR systems to schedule appointments, ensuring a smooth patient experience.
- Facilitate efficient patient flow by maintaining clear communication with patients and clinical staff.
- Coordinate with internal teams for remote visits and service delivery (blood tests, medication deliveries).
- Monitor patient adherence to follow-up visits to enhance treatment continuity.
- Document all program milestones and service logs accurately and promptly.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build trust and rapport with patients using a personalized approach.
- Provide personalized service and support to patients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Product Knowledge and Promotion:
- Stay updated with industry trends and developments.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's healthcare products and services.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for interested parties.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (native level).
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or business.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in healthcare sales or a related field in the UAE.
- Proven success in client relationship management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) and public holidays.
- Friendly and adaptable attitude.
