After bringing our warm and lively spirit to cities across Europe and the UK, Big Mamma is now making its debut in the United Arab Emirates with a new BIG OPENING in Dubai.

For our upcoming restaurant in Dubai, we’re looking for Junior and Sous Pastry Chefs who will become the leaders and Head Chefs of tomorrow.

Responsibilities

From Creation to Plating

  • Take part in the menu development process with the Executive Chefs, contributing to a unique culinary experience;
  • Speed and precision at the pass will be your signature
  • Ensure each dish is perfect, following the Group’s recipes and standards to the letter.
Operational efficiency
  • Be the Chef’s right hand in guaranteeing everything runs smoothly: hygiene regulations, staff appearance, and quality checks always aligned with the goals;
  • Manage food costs like a true leader: zero waste, perfect inventories, and timely orders;
  • Plan, organize, and lead the brigade with energy and precision.
