Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and prepare a wide variety of desserts, pastries, and other baked goods according to traditional and modern recipes.
• Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings, and fillings to ensure an attractive presentation.
• Monitor food supplies, order ingredients as needed, and maintain inventory levels.
• Follow food safety standards and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Train and supervise junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff.
• Collaborate with the restaurant's management team to create new menu items.
