Profession Pastry Chef Location Sharjah United Arab Emirates Are you a highly skilled and creative Pastry Chef with a passion for creating delicious and visually stunning desserts Do you have experience managing a team and ensuring the smooth operation of a pastry kitchen If so we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as the Head Pastry Chef in our upscale restaurant in Sharjah

Key Responsibilities

• Create innovative dessert menus that cater to different dietary requirements and preferences
• Manage all aspects of the pastry kitchen including ordering ingredients maintaining inventory and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met
• Train and supervise the pastry team to ensure high-quality products are consistently delivered
• Collaborate with other chefs to coordinate dessert offerings with main courses on the menu
• Maintain a high level of creativity in developing new dessert recipes and presentations
• Monitor food costs and control expenses to ensure profitability
