Job summary

India Abroad Publications Inc. in El-Fujairah, UAE is seeking a passionate Pastry Chef to join our growing kitchen team. You will craft desserts, cakes, cookies, pastries, mousses and ice cream, and contribute to dessert presentation for events.

The ideal candidate should understand food safety rules, communicate well, and be ready to work flexible hours. A baking/pastry degree or diploma is a bonus, but we will consider applicants without experience. Salary: 1300 AED per month.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of food safety regulations.
• Degree or diploma in baking/pastry arts beneficial.
• Willing to work flexible hours.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare desserts and other sweet dishes daily, including cakes, cookies, pastries, mousses and ice cream.
• Prepare presentation pieces for weddings or corporate functions.
• Maintain high hygiene standards and ensure ingredients are of the highest quality.
