Job summary

ConFlip is seeking a Pastry Chef for our Abu-Dhabi restaurant. You will prepare a range of pastries and cakes, including wedding and novelty cakes, and decorate them with distinctive designs.

You will also maintain a clean, organized kitchen and ensure all health codes are followed while collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality desserts.

Qualifications

• At least two years' experience as a pastry chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.
• Demonstrable knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, ingredients and presentation styles.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
• Excellent organization skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety standards.
• Ability to lift heavy items up to 20 lbs (9 kg) when necessary.
• Salary 1500 AED/Month

Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Pastry Chef to join our team at our restaurant in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have a passion for creating delicious and beautiful desserts as well as the ability to work well with other members of the kitchen staff. As the Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating all types of pastries and cakes, including wedding cakes, birthday cakes, and novelty cakes.
