Job summary

Head Pastry Chef (Indian Nationals Preferred)

We are currently seeking a skilled Head Pastry Chef to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As the Head Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our pastry department, including menu planning, recipe development, and staff management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new and innovative pastry recipes to enhance our menu offerings
- Train and supervise pastry staff to ensure high-quality standards and efficient operation of the kitchen
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked pastry kitchen
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen according to health and safety standards
- Collaborate with other chefs to create cohesive menus for special events or themed promotions

Requirements:
- Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting

Salary: 1500$ per month
