Workato in Abu Dhabi is seeking a motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure top service, and drive guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in hospitality, 5+ years in restaurant management, strong F&B knowledge, and fluent English (Arabic a plus). You will lead staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field.
• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager with at least 5 years.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude towards customers.
• Ability to handle difficult situations efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, menu planning, inventory management etc.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor customer feedback and resolve any issues that arise promptly.
• Train staff on proper customer service techniques and ensure they are following them properly.
• Create effective marketing plans to promote the restaurant’s services.
